No. The Playbook is a confidential document delivered exclusively to the owner or manager who commissioned the service. We never share observations, data or evaluations with third parties. Anonymity works in both directions: we protect ourselves during the visit and protect you afterwards.

We use a structured evaluation grid with over 40 observation points, the same for every venue, in every country. We don’t evaluate personal tastes: we evaluate measurable service standards. If water is brought to the table in 9 minutes, that’s a fact. If nobody returns to the table after serving food, that’s a fact. Facts don’t have opinions.

It happens, and it’s normal. That’s why the debrief call is not a presentation, but a real conversation. If you have context that changes the reading of an observation, we want to hear it. The goal is not to be right, but to arrive together at a useful interpretation.

The CCC Playbook is not a questionnaire with star ratings. It is a structured document with a scorecard for each area, the description of every situation observed, the reason why it represents a problem and, above all, concrete actions to resolve it in order of priority. We don’t just tell you what’s wrong. We tell you how to fix it and in what order. You can request an anonymised example before deciding.

Because the visit requires preparation, travel and time dedicated exclusively to your venue. The 70% covers the work that happens before and during the visit. The remaining 30% is settled before delivery of the Playbook, when the work is complete and the document is ready. It is a transparent structure, not a one-sided guarantee.

The Playbook is delivered within 7 working days of the visit. The debrief call is scheduled in the 3 days following delivery, so you have time to read it carefully before discussing it together.

If you want more structured support in implementation, the Core Plus service exists precisely for those who want to turn observations into concrete results in the following 90 days.

We really operate in Ireland, UK, Italy and Spain. Our team has direct experience in these markets. We don’t simply transfer a method from one country to another. We know the cultural differences in service, the expectations of local customers and the sector benchmarks for each market. For Italy and Spain, travel expenses apply, clearly indicated in the pricing.
